“Make in India for the world” the challenge was in sync with India’s vision to become one of the leaders in Electronic Manufacturing Services.

Deltron designed a Network/Chain of excellence to attract the opportunities of localizing the PCBAs which were being imported from countries like China, Taiwan, Malaysia etc.

It was for the world leader air conditioner manufacturer who wanted to have stronger foothold in India. They wanted to expand their production capacity as well as become cost effective since India has been price sensitive market. To meet this objective Deltron became their first choice.
