Comprehensive In-House Development of End-of-Line Testers and ATE Solutions

We provide in-house services for developing end-of-line testers. Based on the test criteria and needs provided by the customer, we design and construct specialized automatic test equipment (ATE).

Our skill sets for test development encompass hardware, software, and firmware development for devices which includes IC programming either off-line through our universal/gang programmers or In-System programming as part of the complete test procedure for board assemblies.
