PCB Assembly OR Prototyping, PCB Assembly and New Product Introduction(NPI)

We offer printed circuit board (PCB) assembly services, starting from prototyping, new product launches to regular production ramp ups, out of different production sites. Our facilities have several SMT lines. We produce boards in varied sizes using various types of substrate boards. In addition, we offer wave soldering, conformal (manual/automatic) coating with multi-nozzle spray, UV check chamber, and solder paste inspection.

Tester & Fixture Development OR Automated Test Equipment EOL Test set ups Development

We provide services for developing testers. Based on the test criteria and needs provided by the customer, we design and get Automatic Test Equipment constructed. Our skill sets for test development encompass hardware, software, and firmware development for segments in consumer electronics, Automotive, Industrial and Telecom based products.

Box Build & System Integration

We offer full system integration and box build services, which include firmware loading, software testing, validation, and personalized packaging.
